YOUR MISSIONS
- You will develop and maintain good working relationships with customers, set quality objectives, monitor KPIs, etc., with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction
- You investigate quality issues raised by customers
- You mobilize the internal team (development/production) or the supplier concerned to resolve the problem
- You support the problem-solving process through to completion
- You manage your own self-training to increase your technical skills in the products developed by the company: systems, subsystems, components, embedded software, etc. (10% of your working time)
YOUR PROFILE
- 5 years’ higher education in electronics/electrical engineering, quality or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in quality on electronic products
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies: 8D, Trend, Pareto, Ishikawa, FTA, 5-Why, Is-IsNot, etc.
- Knowledge of quality and manufacturing processes
- Good command of German
- Fluency in English
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- An initial telephone discussion (15 minutes)
- A recruitment/HR exchange via Teams (30 minutes)
- A preparation meeting for the client interview via Teams (30 minutes) – in case our client wishes to discuss with you
- A client interview via Teams or in person (1h00)
