YOUR MISSIONS
Your main mission, if you choose to accept it, will be to manage projects for one specific customer (well-known automobile manufacturer) while respecting cost, time, product, and quality objectives :
- You will lead and coordinate a multilocation cross-functional project-team in the development of mechatronics products
- You will communicate with and works closely to internal and external stakeholders, customers and suppliers to achieve your goals and to resolve identified risks and issues
- You will provide support to change management in projects
- You will conduct Program Reviews and report summary program stats every month
YOUR PROFILE
- 5 years’ managerial experience in the automotive industry
- 5 years’ higher education in electronics/electrical engineering, mechatronics or equivalent (is a plus)
- Strong inclination for building and leading high performing teams in a fast paced environment
- Strong inclination for setting and tracking of program budget (invest, R&D budget, piece price, costed BOM,…) to achieve financial targets
- Strong inclination for setting, updating and controling projects timelines to achieve internal and external milestones, deliverables, deadlines and plant start-up
- Fluency in English
